1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Virala ("the Service"), available at virala.studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Virala ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
Virala is an AI-powered content generation platform that allows creators to generate images and short-form videos for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and others. The Service operates at virala.studio.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of Virala, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@virala.studio if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Virala to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate images, or misleading political content
- Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract models or proprietary technology
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
- Resell or redistribute API access without written permission
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the original prompts and inputs you provide to Virala. Subject to these Terms, you own the content generated specifically for you. Virala retains the right to use aggregated, anonymized generation data to improve the Service.
Virala and its licensors retain all rights to the underlying models, algorithms, software, and platform.
6. Subscription Plans and Billing
Virala offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Generation Quotas
Each plan includes a monthly generation quota. Unused quota does not roll over. Free tier accounts receive 10 generations per month. Quotas reset at the start of each calendar month.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. VIRALA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL VIRALA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms at virala.studio/legal/terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of Virala constitutes acceptance.
